By accessing or using the VSOD Portal operated by VSOD - VATSIM Special Operations Department, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use this platform.

2. Eligibility

Access to the VSOD Portal is restricted to members of the VSOD - VATSIM Special Operations Department Discord server and registered VATSIM members. You must authenticate via Discord to use this platform.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform's functionality
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Share your credentials or allow others to access your account
• Misrepresent your identity or VATSIM membership status

4. Third-Party Services

The VSOD Portal integrates with Discord and VATSIM services. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. This site is not an official site for the VATSIM Network. Visit https://vatsim.net for more information.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
